JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to the expansion of our sales team, we are looking for someone to join our vibrant team. We are looking for telesales who are not afraid of picking the phone up and generate new business! If you have experience within B2B sales, or simply believe you have the skills to succeed in a sales role, we are looking for hardworking, conscientious individual to join our team here at Cobus Communications.

This is a full time, permanent position and we are looking for candidates with excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to be able to pick up the phone and speak with customers confidently. This is an outbound sales position to generate new business. Previous experience in call centres, cold calling, new business development or telesales is preferable, but keen, fast learners with a can-do attitude will be welcomed for consideration!!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

  • Engage with decision makers over the phone via outbound calling activity.
  • Targeted outbound calling to prospective businesses to grow our market share
  • Generating opportunities through new and existing business and speaking with new, lapsed, or existing customers, generating leads and attracting new business.
  • To secure our current customer base by resigning and/ or upselling contracts 
  • To ensure that the CRM system is continually and accurately updated with marketing data and account activity
  • To ensure that KPIs and targets are continually met

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
